Cục ATTP phối hợp cùng Công ty MisaoDream cảnh báo về những website giả mạo

(SHTT) – Thời gian qua, người tiêu dùng liên tục nhận được cảnh báo về việc nhiều website quảng cáo sai sự thật về sản phẩm Peauhonnete NMN + ARG Liquid 12000. Tuy nhiên những website này hoàn toàn không thuộc sở hữu của Công ty TNHH Xuất nhập khẩu và Thương mại MisaoDream.
Vừa qua, Cục An toàn thực phẩm đã có thông báo đến người tiêu dùng về việc các thông tin quảng cáo thực phẩm bảo vệ sức khỏe Peauhonnete NMN + ARG Liquid 12000 trên một số trang mạng xã hội và website vi phạm quy định pháp luật về quảng cáo.
Cụ thể đó là những trang website sau:

Trên các website này đăng tải những quảng cáo “thổi phồng” công dụng về sản phẩm TPBVSK Peauhonnête NMN + ARG Liquid 12000 như: “Xóa mờ nếp nhăn và làm chậm các dấu hiệu lão hóa; Kích thích gen Sirtuin, hỗ trợ tái tạo tế bào da hiệu quả; Duy trì các chức năng của cơ thể và kéo dài tuổi thọ; Cải thiện giấc ngủ ngon và sâu hơn; Hỗ trợ chăm sóc làn da trở nên săn chắc, đàn hồi, khỏe mạnh; Tăng khả năng nhận thức, ngăn ngừa sự suy giảm thần kinh; Bảo vệ tim mạch, ngăn chặn tổn thương do thiếu máu, cân bằng lượng đường huyết; Tăng cường hệ miễn dịch và chức năng sinh lý hiệu quả” hay “NMN là tiền chất của coenzyme NAD + quan trọng trong cơ thể, NMN có thể được bổ sung để tăng mức độ NAD +, từ đó làm tăng sức mạnh chống lão hóa của protein trường thọ, là điều cần thiết để duy trì chức năng và hoạt động bình thường của tế bào, NMN còn được gọi là “Thuốc trường sinh”.
Theo Cục An toàn thực phẩm, sản phẩm này do Daido Pharmaceutical Corporation (Địa chỉ: 214-1, Shimura, Katsuragi-Shi, Nara, Japan) sản xuất và Công ty TNHH Xuất nhập khẩu và Thương mại MisaoDream (Địa chỉ: 7B/11 ngõ Thịnh Hào 1, phố Tôn Đức Thắng, phường Hàng Bột, quận Đống Đa, thành phố Hà Nội) công bố và chịu trách nhiệm sản phẩm.
Cục An toàn thực phẩm đã đề nghị người tiêu dùng không căn cứ vào các nội dung quảng cáo sai sự thật trên một số website/đường link để quyết định mua và sử dụng sản phẩm nêu trên vì có nguy cơ gây ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe và kinh tế.
Tuy nhiên, sau khi đăng tải thông tin trên, Công ty Xuất nhập khẩu và Thương mại MISAODREAM đã có văn bản phản hồi lại. Trong đó, Công ty cam kết các website và fanpage bán hàng được cục An toàn thực phẩm nêu hoàn toàn không thuộc sở hữu của Công ty.
Các sản phẩm được đăng bán của các đơn vị này cũng không được phân phối chính hàng bởi MisaoDream. Vì vậy Cục An toàn thực phẩm đang phối hợp với các Cơ quan chức năng để xác định chủ thể các đường link vi phạm và tiếp tục xử lý, công khai thông tin theo quy định hiện hành.
